RETOUR & GARANTIE – LEMANTÁ PHORIPE

Retourbeleid

Je hebt het recht om je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heb je nogmaals 14 dagen om je product retour te sturen.

Voorwaarden voor retour

  • Het product is ongebruikt
  • Het product verkeert in originele staat
  • Het product zit in de originele verpakking

Retourzendingen die niet aan deze voorwaarden voldoen, kunnen worden geweigerd of er kan waardevermindering worden doorberekend.

Kosten van retourzending

De kosten voor de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant.

Terugbetaling

Na ontvangst en controle van de retourzending zal Lemantá Phoripe het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terugbetalen.

Uitzonderingen op retour

Het herroepingsrecht kan worden uitgesloten voor producten die om hygiënische redenen niet geschikt zijn om te worden geretourneerd en waarvan de verzegeling is verbroken.

Garantie en conformiteit

Lemantá Phoripe staat ervoor in dat de producten voldoen aan de overeenkomst en aan de redelijke verwachtingen die je ervan mag hebben.

Is een product defect of ondeugdelijk geleverd, dan heb je recht op vervanging of terugbetaling.

Klachten over defecten

Klachten over gebreken of defecten dienen binnen 3 maanden na ontdekking gemeld te worden via info@lemantaphoripe.nl.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a reduction in value.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Lemantá Phoripe will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken.

Warranty and Conformity

Lemantá Phoripe guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and with the reasonable expectations you may have of them.

If a product is defective or delivered faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Complaints About Defects

Complaints regarding defects must be reported within 3 months after discovery via info@lemantaphoripe.nl.
